I didn't shoot it though the bolt was so sloppy that it might rattle while in the receiver. I do similar to the new Game Reaper scope mount I bought for it. Nevertheless require a NEW Kimber Montana in both 270 WSM or 270 acquire if any one know of 1 for sale. These are awesome to handle and
